Through targeted market analysis and structured assessment, the project translated complex opportunities into a practical decision-making framework, enabling confident next steps without limiting future flexibility.

Wander worked with Kurra Construction to design a culturally grounded brand identity and capability statement, capturing the company’s professionalism, values, and connection to Country through thoughtful design and clear communication.

Wander facilitated a strategic planning workshop with the Wheatbelt Business Network Board in Northam, using tough and unconventional questions to challenge thinking, clarify purpose and spark bold ideas for the future direction of the peak body for business in the Wheatbelt.


Mining - Community Engagement Concept Document – Kalgoorlie, WA
Wander developed a high-level pitch for Evolution Mining to strengthen community engagement in Kalgoorlie. By creating a simple and accessible proposal for a Community Fun Day, Wander helped the Community Team clearly communicate the idea internally, demonstrating how the mining sector can build trust and goodwill with local residents.


PBC - Elders & Youth Council Governance - Karratha, WA
Wander partnered with the Ngarluma Aboriginal Corporation to develop Terms of Reference for both the Elders Council and Youth Council. These governance frameworks embedded cultural authority, accountability and intergenerational leadership, ensuring wisdom and youth perspectives are both represented in organisational decision-making.

Wander developed a governance-focused Project Plan for the Museum of the Goldfields’ Aboriginal Bush Food & Medicine Garden, outlining scope, risk, compliance, engagement and communications to provide a clear framework for delivery of this culturally significant initiative

Wander supported the Australian Logistics Council to expand the reach of the Wayfinder program, an initiative aimed at increasing the number of women in the supply chain industry. Through relationship-driven engagement, targeted outreach and professional communications support, we helped broaden participation, deliver a refreshed brand identity and create marketing materials that strengthened Wayfinder’s visibility and impact at its annual events in Melbourne, Sydney and Bris


State Govt - Evaluating Innovate RAP and Strengthening Aboriginal Engagement - Statewide, WA
Wander partnered with the Forest Products Commission to review its Innovate RAP, consult with leaders and staff, and provide recommendations for the next phase of reconciliation. Through facilitation of RAP Working Group sessions and support in establishing an Aboriginal Engagement Oversight Committee, Wander helped FPC strengthen its internal structures for Aboriginal engagement and make informed decisions about the future of its RAP.


NFP - 10-Year Strategic Plan & Operationalisation Plan – Esperance, WA
Wander partnered with Esperance’s Cannery Arts Centre to deliver a 10-Year Strategic Plan and Operationalisation Plan. Grounded in research and community engagement, the strategy provides a clear roadmap for growth, sustainability, and stronger cultural tourism outcomes in the region.
