We have offices in Albany and Kalgoorlie, with operating bases in Dudinin, York and Perth. But with the kind of work we do, you’ll often find us in a carpark, Community Resource Centre or business hub anywhere across WA — wherever our communities and clients need us.
Yes. We’re active members of several networks that strengthen regional business, community, and social enterprise across Western Australia and beyond:
-
RRR Network
-
Albany Chamber of Commerce and Industry
-
Wheatbelt Business Network
-
Fitzgerald Business Network
-
WA Social Enterprise Council (WASEC)
-

We’re proudly regional WA, but we also work with interstate clients. Many organisations engage us because of our proven expertise in rural, regional and remote (RRR) engagement, governance and strategy, and our ability to deliver meaningful outcomes across Australia.
Yes. That’s exactly where we want to be. We regularly travel to small and remote towns because we believe every community deserves access to quality support. If travel isn’t possible right away, we combine in-person visits with flexible online connections to keep your project moving.
Yes — but only when there’s genuine alignment. We work with Perth and metro-based organisations that share our values or have reach and impact into country WA. Many metro clients choose us specifically for our regional expertise and networks.
We partner with state and local government (LGAs), Aboriginal Corporations, not-for-profits, community organisations, industry, and small businesses. The common thread is a commitment to building stronger regional communities.
We bring in trusted partners when specialist expertise is needed — including economists, evaluators, compliance specialists, social media experts, copywriters, financial planners and accountants. This means you have one accountable lead while we assemble the right team for the job.
Our work is built around three core pillars:
-
Strategy: developing clear, actionable strategic, business and workforce plans.
-
Governance: strengthening boards, committees and organisations through practical governance support, leadership development and functional reviews.
-
Engagement: stakeholder and community engagement, facilitation, branding, marketing and communications to build trust and visibility.
Alongside these pillars, we also deliver purpose-driven events through Wander Around Events, creating strong community and economic development outcomes.

Because we live regionally and spend a lot of time in remote WA. We understand the challenges and opportunities that city-based firms often miss. Our work is built to deliver long-term impact for RRR communities through place-based practical strategy, genuine engagement and projects that reflect local values, needs and aspirations.
Most of our work is delivered as a fixed-price package, so you know exactly what’s included with no surprises. For some smaller or very specific projects, we may work on an hourly rate. We also offer discounts for not-for-profits and Aboriginal Corporations.
Absolutely. We understand that every organisation has different resources, so we scale our services up or down to match your budget and priorities. That might mean focusing on key stages of a project, delivering work in phases, or simplifying the scope without losing impact. We’ll always work with you to find a practical solution that fits.
We schedule projects on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you get in touch, the better. Timelines can vary depending on the scope of work and our current capacity, but we’ll always do our best to find space for urgent projects where we can. If you’ve got a specific timeframe in mind, reach out as soon as possible so we can hold capacity or plan ahead to make it work.
It’s simple. Schedule a 15-minute discovery call with our team to have a yarn about what you're looking for. From there, we’ll propose a tailored scope and approach. Email us today to get started - gday@wandercollective.com.au
