NAC engaged Wander to strengthen its governance by developing Terms of Reference for both the Elders Council and the Youth Council. These frameworks were designed to embed cultural authority, intergenerational leadership and accountability within the organisation’s decision-making processes.

The Terms of Reference for the Elders Council formalised the role of Elders in guiding cultural preservation, heritage and community development. In parallel, the Youth Council Terms of Reference created a clear structure for younger members to build leadership capacity, share perspectives and contribute to decision-making.

Together, these governance tools provide NAC with a sustainable and transparent model that strengthens representation across generations and demonstrates Wander’s ability to design appropriate governance frameworks.
