Recognising a gap in access to foundational tourism and business knowledge, DBCA sought a practical and culturally appropriate program that would help participants better understand tourism opportunities and make informed decisions about potential involvement

Wander partnered with the Forest Products Commission to review its Innovate RAP, consult with leaders and staff, and provide recommendations for the next phase of reconciliation. Through facilitation of RAP Working Group sessions and support in establishing an Aboriginal Engagement Oversight Committee, Wander helped FPC strengthen its internal structures for Aboriginal engagement and make informed decisions about the future of its RAP.
