Project Overview
Peel Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) engaged Wander to support the strategic rollout of its organisational rebrand, helping position the Chamber for a rapidly growing and evolving Peel region.
While the organisation had already developed a new logo, it required a broader brand ecosystem and implementation strategy to ensure the rebrand was cohesive, professional and reflective of a modern organisation representing all local government areas across the region.
Wander worked closely with the PCCI team to develop the supporting communications, branding assets and rollout strategy required to operationalise the new identity across internal and external communications channels.
The Challenge
PCCI needed to move beyond a standalone logo and establish a consistent, recognisable and strategically aligned brand presence that clearly articulated the organisation’s purpose, regional role and future direction.
The rebrand needed to reflect the Peel region’s ongoing growth and evolution, while positioning PCCI as a contemporary, region-wide representative body for business and industry. Alongside visual consistency, the organisation required clear messaging and practical implementation tools to support staff adoption and ensure the brand could be rolled out confidently across multiple platforms and audiences.

The Outcome

The work helped position PCCI as a modern and future-focused regional organisation, better reflecting both the growth of the Peel region and the Chamber’s role within it.
The project received highly positive feedback from PCCI, with the organisation highlighting Wander’s strategic advice, responsiveness, collaborative approach and ongoing support throughout the rollout process.
