Newsletter - November 2025

As 2025 draws to a close, we’ve been reflecting on one of the things that has shaped our year most: conversations.

This year, we deliberately set out to extend our networks across WA, connecting beyond our usual circles, industries and regions. From Albany to Wyndham, we’ve had yarns with community leaders, economists, small businesses, agriculture innovators, mining professionals, renewable energy developers, local government leaders, state government teams and plenty of clever people in between.

Those conversations have reinforced something we believe strongly at Wander: regional communities and organisations are stronger when we’re connected. Collaboration gives us access to different perspectives, challenges our assumptions, helps us spot opportunities and means we don’t have to solve every problem from scratch.

That cross-sector thinking will remain central to how we work in 2026 as we continue connecting people, ideas and expertise across regional WA.

In our final newsletter for the year, we’re also sharing what’s on our radar, exploring what it means to be a pragmatic reformer, and introducing Keston Economics, one of the regional specialists we collaborate with when projects need feasibility studies and economic analysis.
