September was a big month behind the scenes, with one of our biggest pieces of product development getting close to the finish line.

This month, we’re introducing BUILD, Wander’s stakeholder engagement framework and toolkit, developed from years of practical community and stakeholder engagement work across regional Western Australia. BUILD gives people a structured approach to planning, delivering, documenting and evaluating engagement, particularly when engagement forms part of their role but they have had little formal training.

We’re also sharing some of our recent work across governance and strategy, along with the Australian Indigenous Tourism Conference, funding opportunities for community organisations and regional businesses, and our thoughts on the difference between community engagement and consultation.
