Aboriginal Corporations
Supporting strong organisations through strategy, governance, engagement and independent advice.
You're balancing more than a business.
Community priorities. Governance obligations. Economic opportunities.
Funding requirements. Cultural responsibilities.
Aboriginal Corporations often carry responsibilities that extend far beyond running an organisation. We help Boards and CEOs navigate complexity, strengthen decision-making and build a clear path forward.
Why Wander
Relationships come before recommendations
Strong outcomes are built on trust. We take the time to listen, understand context and build genuine relationships before offering advice.

We bring an independent perspective
Sometimes the most valuable voice in the room is an independent one. We help Boards and CEOs navigate difficult decisions with clarity, confidence and objectivity.
Who you meet is who you get
No juniors. No handoffs. No "I'll check with my team." Claire and Jade are on every project, start to finish.

Meet Claire and Jade
Claire spent nearly a decade as CEO of a multi-company group in Kalgoorlie, helping businesses navigate growth, operational challenges and strategic decision-making while delivering practical support to small business owners across the region.
Jade has worked alongside regional Aboriginal businesses in the Goldfields, Midwest and Great Southern, supporting business growth, stakeholder relationships and strategic decision-making.

Together, they combine strategic thinking, practical experience and a relationship-first approach, to create positive outcomes.
It was great working with the team at Wander. They supported Gumala with a project, by providing comprehensive, and insightful recommendations to support our strategic objectives. They were quick, thorough and communicative to work with.
CEO, The Gumala Trust
Jade was enthusiastic, positive and untiring in her efforts to support me.
Christine Latham, Yamatji/Caucasian Artist
Jade and the Wander team helped the Wagyl Kaip Southern Noongar Aboriginal Corporation organise and run our Aboriginal ranger summit in 2024. They were friendly, experienced, efficient and provided fantastic operational and organisational support.

What Working Together Looks Like
01: Let's start with a yarn
Book a free 15-minute online catch up. Tell us what's going on, what's keeping you busy and what you're hoping to
achieve. No sales pitch, no pressure, just a conversation.
02: We explore the options
If we can help, we'll talk through some options. If another approach, provider or specialist would be a better fit, we'll tell you that too. The goal is to find the right path forward, not sell you something you don't need.
03: We get to work
Whether that's a one-off strategic session, ongoing advisory support, a plan, a review or something else entirely, we show up, we do the work, and we make sure it's actually useful.
Let's talk about your Country and Community,
