After more than a decade working in consulting and state government, Jade has built a career around people, relationships and the decisions that shape what happens next.

Part facilitator, part strategist and someone who has successfully turned her love of conversation into a career, Jade has a knack for bringing people together, asking good questions and helping organisations work out where to focus their energy. She sees connections others miss and is often the person in the room asking, "What if?" and "Why not?"

A passionate First Nations ally, Jade's background includes Aboriginal community engagement, Aboriginal economic development and broader stakeholder engagement. She approaches this work with genuine respect and a commitment to listening and learning.

Her experience spans strategy, organisational development, small business support and community engagement, particularly across the Goldfields, Great Southern and Perth regions of Western Australia.
